F4 Martial Arts and Revolution MMA hosted a Kids BJJ worshop Saturday May 28, 2011. It was great event that was taught by Professor Abby Malone. She showed the kids the aspects of half guard. This should really help our kids start to open up their game.
The Workshop was followed by a promotion ceremony. The following students from F4 Martial Arts received promotions:
