F4 Martial Arts is proud to announce that we have a new instructor. Justin Rice will be teaching our Adult Jiu Jitsu classes and will be teaching our Teen Jiu Jitsu classes. We are very excited to have Justin at F4. Justin is an incredible Jiu Jitsu talent and a great Instructor. He is excited for the opportunity to help guide our students to a whole new level.
Great to have Justin onboard! His enthusiasm for BJJ is contagious - have been learning a lot, watching carefully and then drill drill drill :)
